On June 25th, Nathan Diament, OU Advocacy Executive Director, testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy & Natural Resources on behalf of the Nonprofit Energy Efficiency Act (S. 717), a bill that would provide financial grants to nonprofit organizations to help make the buildings they own and operate more energy efficient.
