Jason Grossman
Director of Community Engagement
Jason Grossman is the Director of Community Engagement for the OU Advocacy Center. Originally from Canada, Jason completed a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Politics and Governance at Ryerson University. He also has a Master’s certificate in project management from the Schulich School of Business.
Early in his career, Jason worked in the office of John Carmichael, Member of Parliament, and assisted the Prime Minister’s office with multiple heads of state visits in Toronto. Jason was also proud to take part in Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Delegation to Israel.
Prior to joining the OU, Jason served as the Associate Director of Public Affairs for the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs. There he led the Government Relations program for municipal governments and law enforcement. He assisted over twenty regions, cities, and towns in adopting the IHRA universal definition of antisemitism.
Jason is passionate about supporting several Jewish community social service organizations, synagogues, schools, and camps to create and execute government relations plans.
