Theresa Precia is Executive Assistant/Office Manager to the Executive Director of the OU Advocacy Center. Through her C-level experience, she has extensive expertise in financial software, human resource and budget management, executive event planning and office management which she has used to support executives in various nonprofit organizations in the D.C. metro area.  Theresa is responsible for providing executive administrative support to OU Advocacy’s Executive Director, the Director of Congressional Affairs and OU Advocacy Board Members. Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Howard University and a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP). She is also a D.C.-licensed, insured and bonded notary and holds numerous continuing education training certificates.
