American labor leaders issue a broadside attack on their British counterparts who have called for boycotting Israel.

The statement is both explicit in its condemnation and signed by many of American labor’s leading champions. James P. Hoffa of the Teamsters, Bruce Raynor of UNITE HERE and the heads of some of the biggest and most politically potent unions – the United Mine Workers of America, Communications Workers of America, United Steel Workers, American Federation of Teachers and more put their names on this.

While others worry, legitimately so, about the far left of American politics and their disdain, even outright hatred of Israel, the mainstream left is we happily note, on board.
