Following Passover, OU Advocacy-NY and its coalition partners are coordinating several Schools in Session meetings between New York State Assembly Members and Senators and Jewish day schools in their districts. Each meeting includes a tour of the school facility for the legislators combined with a discussion about matters relevant to both the school community and the legislators. Schools in Session provides a unique opportunity for school parents, board members and staff members to meet and engage with their local Senators and Assembly members.
