On Jan. 18, the OU Advocacy Center, together with  the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, convened a virtual  briefing with senior U.S. government officials including Attorney General Merrick Garland, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, FBI Director Christopher Wray, White House Director of Faith Partnerships Melissa Rogers and others in the wake of the terrible event in Colleyville, Texas.
