We’ve long argued that tax credits for education are a fair and legal way to help families who struggle to give their children the best possible education. Today, the Philadelphia Jewish Exponent has said it better than we ever could have – and they have the numbers – $26 million in scholarships for Philadelphia’s Jewish families – to back it up. Kudos to the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia for spearheading that effort; let’s hope that the coming year sees such programs spread.
