Right now, Pennsylvania lawmakers are negotiating the 2025–26 state budget. One of the most important proposals on the table is HB 1662 which creates the Learning Investment Tax Credit (LITC) – a new, refundable tax credit that would directly help Jewish day school families, alongside all nonpublic school families across the Commonwealth.
