Thank you for your service to all Pennsylvanians. I am writing to ask you to consider a matter of urgency to me.

Right now, Jewish families fear anti-Semitic attacks.  From physical assault to breaking of windows and doors to rampant vandalism - we have seen increased demonstrations of hate in communities across the U.S., including here in Pennsylvania, in just the past month.

Increasing the nonpublic school Safe Schools Targeted Grant allocation to $5 million will demonstrate lawmakers’ action to keep at-risk students and teachers safe and facilities secure.

Investing $10 million in the PCCD Nonprofit Security Grant Fund will help synagogues, camps, schools and centers at-risk of Hate Crimes protect themselves.

Thank you for your sensitivity to this issue that weighs heavily on thousands and thousands of Pennsylvanians.
