Mellman has helped guide the campaigns of thirty U.S. Senators, ten Governors, over three dozen Members of Congress, and numerous state and local officials.
Mellman also serves as consultant to many of the nation’s most important public interest organizations ranging from The National Education Association, to The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and The Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids. Government agencies, including the Department of Justice, the World Bank and the State Department have also sought Mellman’s guidance. Mellman’s corporate clients include Intuit (the makers of Quicken), Coca Cola, and MGM Resorts.
Mellman also serves as President of Democratic Majority for Israel, an organization of leading party figures dedicated to ensuring Democrats’ success and the party’s continued support for a strong U.S.- Israel relationship.
Mellman received his undergraduate degree from Princeton, and graduate degrees from Yale University, where he teaches in the Political Science department.
