In a 30-17 vote, the BOAST education tax credit, legislation the OU has championed since its inception, passed the Maryland Senate earlier today.

The action now moves to the House, where BOAST is heard today in the Committee on Ways & Means. The OU has submitted testimony and is on hand for the hearing.
