We’ve always know that Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS) has always been a staunch supporter of Israel, but it seems that he is also a supporter of a unified Jerusalem. In a letter to President Bush, the senator urged the administration to explore alternatives to the division of the city, as well as expressing his concerns about handing over a Palestinian state that would be controlled by terrorists.
