As reported in Yediot, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Hesder Petach Tikva – Rav Yuval Cherlow – (a key speaker at the OU’s 2006 biennial convention) – has published an essay calling on the Religious-Zionist community to support an agreement between Defense Minister Ehud Barak and the Yesha Council under which Israelis residing in illegal outposts would be relocated to larger settlement blocs in Judea and Samaria.
