The U.S. Senate today confirmed Elena Kagan to the position of Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court – to the seat once held by Justice Louis Brandeis – by a vote of 63-37.

We wish Justice Kagan a “hearty mazal tov” and are already sending her some reading material for her new job – in a case of great import to our community.
