In a letter to the Maryland Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley expresses his support for the proposed BOAST tax credits and urges the Senate to pass the bill without delay so the tax credit can be implemented this year.

The OU is on hand in Annapolis advocating for the tax credit.
