Earlier this week, President Bush nominated New Jersey attorney, and YU graduate, Shalom Stone to fill the seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit (covering New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware) formerly held by now-Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Stay tuned for developments.
