Our friends at the JCPA have properly expressed dismay at the scheduling of Nevada’s important caucus on Shabbat. Las Vegas has a fast growing Orthodox community and you can’t vote absentee in a caucus. It’s too late to change for this year, but it would be nice if the
Democratic candidates noted the problem and committed to getting the scheduling changed in the future.
