Tax Credit Faceoff

The current issue of the NJ Jewish News hosts two guest op-eds to debate the education tax credit bill that would go a long way towards helping students in need get a better education. The supporting op-ed is from the IPA’s own Howie Beigelman and the opposing side is authored by Joyce Powell, president of the NJ Education Association, the statewide teacher’s union. Readers of our blog know we think these types of programs are highly commendable and that they are high on the IPA’s priority list.
