Steve Savitsky, president of the Orthodox Union, and Rabbi Steven Weil, its CEO, join policy director Nathan Diament in the nation’s capital today for meetings with senior officials – including House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell. The OU leaders, along with OU Kosher’s Rabbi Menachem Genack and executive board member Max Berlin, will then attend the White House Hannukah Reception hosted by President Barack Obama.
