Today, the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco unanimously rejected an appeal by a fair housing group regarding a religious homeless shelter’s ability to minister to the poor.  The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty defended the Christian homeless shelter and its right to include religious participation.
