Today, the U.S. Supreme Court decided that it will hear a school choice case, an appeal to overturn a decision by the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that declared an Arizona school choice program unconstitutional.

The last time a school choice case came before the Supreme Court, the Court upheld the program and ruled such programs constitutional.
