Lindsay Barsky

Congressional Affairs Specialist

Lindsay Barsky is the Congressional Affairs Specialist for the OU Advocacy Center. In this role, Lindsay works closely with Members of Congress, their staffs and other advocacy groups to promote the OU’s policy goals. Before joining OU Advocacy, Lindsay worked as a Congressional Liaison at the United States Agency for International Development. Before that, she worked for various Members of Congress, including U.S. Reps. Doug Lamborn (R-Colo.) and Alex Mooney (R-W.V.), with a focus on foreign affairs and issues surrounding the U.S.-Israel relationship. She earned her bachelor’s​ degree in government & politics from the University of Maryland.
